• Bank account details (only to refund cash-on-delivery orders)

• To send you offers and updates, only with your consent

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting and tax record-keeping requirements. Our usual retention periods are:

• Order, invoice and payment records: 7 years.
• Account and customer-service records: for as long as you have an account with us, and for 2 years after it is closed.
• Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
• Website analytics data: up to 26 months.

After these periods we delete or anonymise the data, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Your rights

9. Security and children

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online transmission is completely secure. The Website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data without parental consent.
